Terms & Conditions
- Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to JABALPUR Jurisdiction Only.
- Cheque Payments: In case of PDC (Post-Dated Cheque) payment, ornaments will be handed over only after the cheque is cleared.
- Advance Booking: A 50% advance of the estimated value of ornaments must be deposited for booking the current rate.
- Gold Exchange Policy: Hallmarked gold jewellery sold by us will be exchanged after deducting making charges, wastage, taxes, melting loss, and the weight of meena, stones, lac, dirt, etc.
- Diamond & Gold Refunds: An additional deduction of 5% will be made on the final exchange value of gold and diamond jewellery in the case of a refund.
- Market Rates: The prevailing market rates of gold, diamond, etc., as on the day of exchange/refund will be taken into consideration.
- Mandatory Documents: Presentation of the Original Tax Invoice and diamond jewellery certificate is mandatory to process any refund or exchange request. No exchange or refund shall be made without the original tax invoice.
- 7-Day Exchange Policy: Jewellery can be exchanged for the same value of the invoice within seven (7) days from the date of sale, provided it is brought back by the customer in the exact condition in which it was sold.
- Full-value exchange will not be applicable if the jewellery has been tampered with, altered, misused, broken, mishandled, exposed to chemicals, or repaired elsewhere.
- No cash refunds or refunds via other modes will be issued in exchange for jewellery. New jewellery must be purchased against the full value of the returned product, and fresh purchases will be billed at the applicable gold rate prevailing on the date of the new purchase only.
- Diamond Exchange: In case of the exchange of diamond jewellery sold by us, there will be a 10% deduction of the current value in addition to making charges, wastage, taxes, and discounts.
- Delayed Payments: If the balance amount is not received within 30 days, a 2% monthly interest will be charged on the due amount.
- Care & Liability: Please handle the jewellery with necessary care to avoid damage. We are not responsible for any loss due to mishandling of ornaments which may cause breakage, chipping of enamel, and/or falling of stones.
- Stone Weight: The weight of stones is indicative and may vary; however, in all cases, the stone weight shown in the bill will be considered.
- Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions without any prior notice at any given time.
Declaration
I have satisfied myself with the quality, rates, weight, design, and specification of the above-mentioned ornaments and the terms & conditions. The ornaments are in perfect and acceptable condition, in token whereof I have appended my signature herein.
